Experienced in skilling and generating livelihoods opportunities for women through product development & diversification. Long term interactions & collaborations with SHGs, Clusters and training-cum-production units have strengthened the capacity to design course content, build infrastructures and ensure employable skills & sustainable livelihoods especially to women and dropouts.
Shalini T S
A committed Field & Documentation Officer managing center visits, assessments, and field-level follow-ups. Handles documentation for NAAC, reports, student databases, costing sheets, and quarterly updates. Coordinates with women’s groups for tailoring, painting, embroidery, and SHG activities.

Gayathry works as an Artisan Outreach and Design Coordinator, supporting women’s Self-Help Groups through creative design and field-based engagement. She manages stock, coordinates with SHG centers across India, and contributes to developing market-ready products.
