With her team at the WE STORE they are realising the Make in India vision in the rural hinterlands of the country.

Shweta Lanke-Kane

Experienced in skilling and generating livelihoods opportunities for women through product development & diversification. Long term interactions & collaborations with SHGs, Clusters and training-cum-production units, have strenthen the capacity to design course content, built infrastructures and ensure imparting employable skills & sustainable livelihoods especially to women and dropouts. Years of experience helps to navigate through different roles and aim holistic & impactful implementation of interventions undertaken.

A committed Field & Documentation Officer managing center visits, assessments, and field-level follow-ups. Handles documentation for NAAC, reports, student databases, costing sheets, and quarterly updates. Coordinates with women’s groups for tailoring, painting, embroidery, and SHG activities. Ensures product quality, order coordination, and smooth communication across regional centers. Focused on enabling sustainable women-led enterprises through structured documentation and field support.

Gayathry Srinivasan

Gayathry works as an Artisan Outreach and Design Coordinator, supporting women’s Self-Help Groups through creative design and field-based engagement. She manages stock, coordinates with SHG centers across India, and contributes to developing market-ready products. She also handles marketing content creation, documentation, and feedback collection to strengthen product visibility. Through training, collaboration, and strategic support, she empowers women and transgender artisans to enhance their skills and build sustainable livelihoods.

Muskan Chhatwal

Muskan Chhatwal is a design graduate from the NIFT, working with AMMACHI Labs to strengthen their garment production initiatives across India. With her background in apparel design, patternmaking, and construction, she brings professional technical expertise to women’s groups who are beginning their journey into formal production. Her hands-on approach helps bridge the gap between grassroots skill and industry expectations.

As a Business Development Coordinator, she oversees accounts and financial processes to keep operations efficient and well-organized. She collaborates closely with SHG groups, manages production workflows, and ensures accurate tracking of stock and supplier information. She contributes to business growth through research, vendor partnerships, and strategic planning. She also supports marketing, documentation, and training efforts that empower SHG members and strengthen the impact of the organisation’s initiatives.
