She endeavours to bridge the gap between rural talent and urban demand. By enabling women to run successful and sustainable business. With her team at the WE STORE they are realising the Make in India vision in the rural hinterlands of the country.
Shweta Lanke-Kane
Experienced in skilling and generating livelihoods opportunities for women through product development & diversification. Long term interactions & collaborations with SHGs, Clusters and training-cum-production units have strengthened the capacity to design course content, build infrastructures and ensure employable skills & sustainable livelihoods especially to women and dropouts.
Shalini T S
A committed Field & Documentation Officer managing center visits, assessments, and field-level follow-ups. Handles documentation for NAAC, reports, student databases, costing sheets, and quarterly updates. Coordinates with women’s groups for tailoring, painting, embroidery, and SHG activities.
Gayathry Srinivasan
Gayathry works as an Artisan Outreach and Design Coordinator, supporting women’s Self-Help Groups through creative design and field-based engagement. She manages stock, coordinates with SHG centers across India, and contributes to developing market-ready products.
Muskan Chhatwal
Muskan Chhatwal is a design graduate from the NIFT working with AMMACHI Labs to strengthen their garment production initiatives across India. Her expertise helps bridge grassroots skill with industry standards.
Vinitha V
As a Business Development Coordinator, she oversees accounts and financial processes to keep operations efficient and well-organized. She collaborates closely with SHG groups, manages production workflows, and supports marketing and training initiatives.

The WE Project store does not handle payments or profit from the sale of women-made products. Instead, it serves as a platform to connect women-owned businesses with potential customers, offering support to kick-start their entrepreneurial endeavors.
